I rollen som ServiceNow-arkitekt med fokus på CSM, HRSD, Business Process Management och digital processautomation. Du kommer att ha en central roll i att designa och utveckla moderna lösningar som optimerar processer och arbetsflöden, samtidigt som du bidrar till affärsutvecklingen.

Du kommer att ha ansvar att definiera och driva den övergripande strategin för ServiceNow-plattformen hos våra kunder. I nära samarbete med produktteamen säkerställer du att de har rätt förutsättningar för att lyckas. Rollen innebär även att ge strategisk rådgivning och vägledning kring plattformen och stötta Business Analysts med lösningsförslag och estimat.

Dessutom kommer du att vara en nyckelperson i att optimera användningen av ServiceNow genom att proaktivt leda arbetet med att implementera tekniska och kostnadseffektiva lösningar. Det förväntas att du kan agera mentor och hjälpa och stötta juniora konsulter att växa inom ServiceNow-området.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Minst 10 års erfarenhet av ServiceNow/ServiceNow arkitektur, har erfarenhet av Business Process Management och processautomation.
  • Relevanta ServiceNow-certifieringar som CSM och HRSD. Ytterligare certifieringar inom ServiceNow-sviten är ett plus.
  • Flera års erfarenhet av att designa, utveckla, testa, implementera och underhålla ServiceNow-plattformen och dess integrationer.
  • Erfarenhet av agilt arbetssätt och SAFe certifiering är meriterande.
  • Erfarenhet av teknisk rådgivning och ledning.
  • Erfarenhet av affärsutveckling.
  • Erfarenhet av planering och genomförande av ServiceNow-uppgraderingar.
  • Bra om du har erfarenhet av lösningar för Multi Service Provider (MSP) baserade på ServiceNow.
  • Erfarenhet av pre-sales-aktiviteter samt att besvara på RFP:er och RFI:er.
  • Högskoleutbildning eller motsvarande.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska.
