Job Title: ServiceNow Solution Architect (Swedish Speaking)

Location: Sweden Stockholm/Gothenburg

Job Type: Permanent

Language Requirement: Fluent in Swedish & English

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect who is fluent in Swedish to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in ServiceNow, strong architectural knowledge, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Guide organizations through their digital transformation journey with ServiceNow.
  2. Serve as the primary point of contact when established business processes require automation or modification.
  3. Take ownership of the functional and technical execution of projects.
  4. Assist stakeholders in defining requirements and translating them into high-level and low-level specifications.
  5. Support development teams in implementing requirements while acting as a liaison between all involved parties throughout the project lifecycle.
  6. Lead expert meetings and workshops, ensuring effective collaboration.
  7. Document the project process and conduct post-mortem analyses to drive continuous improvement.
Key Traits of a ServiceNow Solution Architect:
  1. 3+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in ServiceNow projects.
  2. Deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its various modules.
  3. Proven experience in process automation within one or more of the following areas: ITSM, CSM, HR, IRM, ITOM.
  4. Strong ability to engage with stakeholders in a trustworthy and professional manner.
  5. A team player who is proactive, takes responsibility, and leads project teams effectively.
  6. ITIL 4 certification.
  7. ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
  8. Fluent in Swedish and English.
