Vill du vara en nyckelspelare i att vidareutveckla och driva HR-system i en organisation med starkt fokus på tillväxt och innovation? Vi söker nu en engagerad och kunnig SuccessFactors Solution Architect till en viktig ledarroll i vårt framåtriktade interna IT-team

Som SuccessFactors Solution Architect kommer du att ha en central roll i vår interna IT-organisation och arbeta nära HR-funktionen. Du kommer att bidra till att optimera och utveckla vår gruppgemensamma SuccessFactors-lösning med ett holistiskt perspektiv. Rollen innebär att du kommer att delta i strategiska diskussioner kring HR-teknologins framtida utveckling och säkerställa att vi som organisation aktivt drar nytta av den senaste teknologin. Du kommer att ha breda kontaktytor och arbeta i en miljö som värdesätter innovation och förbättring.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer vara bland annat:

  • Ansvara för den tekniska arkitekturen och driften av SuccessFactors
  • Implementera och optimera processflöden och integrationer i SuccessFactors
  • Vara kontaktperson och tekniskt stöd för HR och andra interna stakeholders
  • Stötta och driva projekt för nyutveckling, implementering och uppgraderingar av SuccessFactors
  • Utveckla integrationslösningar mot andra system (exempelvis ServiceNow eller lönesystem)
  • Ansvara för konfiguration och implementation av ny funktionalitet
  • Leda implementeringen av SuccessFactors cloud-releaser för att säkerställa att vi utnyttjar den senaste teknologin
  • Ansvara för felsökning och problemlösning i SuccessFactors
  • Säkerställa att systemet följer både interna och externa krav på säkerhet och regelefterlevnad

Vem är du?

Följande kommer göra dig framgångsrik i denna tjänst:

  • Akademisk examen inom IT eller motsvarande
  • God tidigare erfarenhet som Solution Architect (Functional Architect) eller motsvarande roll med djupgående kunskap inom en eller flera av marknadens större HCM-plattformar, t.ex. SAP SuccessFactors, Workday eller Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Experterfarenhet av konfigurering och god kunskap om samtliga moduler inom SuccessFactors (t.ex. Employee Central, Performance and Goal Management, Learning Management, etc.)
  • God förståelse för integrationer och datamodeller inom HR-systemlandskap
  • Erfarenhet av att samarbeta med olika intressenter och förmåga att kommunicera tekniska lösningar på ett enkelt och pedagogiskt sätt
  • Erfarenhet av IT-projektledning
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift

Meriterande är även om du har:

  • Certifieringar inom SuccessFactors
  • Grundläggande förståelse för SAP's integrationsplattform CPI
  • Erfarenhet av IT-projektledning

Som person har du en stark analytisk förmåga och kan se helheten i komplexa IT-system och HR-processer. Du är självständig och leveranssäker i ditt arbete med lätt för såväl reaktiv som proaktiv problemlösning. Ditt team lägger stort fokus på innovation och utveckling och vi ser därför gärna att du delar vårt intresse för att se möjligheter i varje process.
