IT Service Owner

Har du erfarenhet av att leda och utveckla IT-tjänster? Vill du också vara med och bidra till att samhällskritiska verksamheter som sjukhus och räddningstjänster kan driva sin verksamhet utan avbrott? Då kan det vara dig vi söker i rollen som IT Service Owner.

Vi på Coromatic står just nu inför en betydande tillväxtresa där vår IT-funktion kommer spela en avgörande roll i att skapa en strukturerad och harmoniserad organisation. Hur vi utnyttjar och stärker vår IT-kapacitet blir därmed avgörande för vår framgång, och rollen som IT Service Owner blir en central del i detta arbete.

Om tjänsten

Som IT Service Owner kommer du att ansvara för att säkerställa att våra IT-tjänster är ändamålsenliga, operativa samt kontinuerligt utvecklas och förbättras. Detta inkluderar att säkerhetsställa hanterbara lösningar i linje med vår IT-strategi, arkitekturprinciper och IT-säkerhetskrav, samt att icke-funktionella krav som backup och återställning uppfylls. Du kommer att ansvara för testning och kvalitetssäkring av lösningar enligt upphandlade tjänster, samt för kontinuerlig utveckling och styrning av tjänsterna. Dessutom kommer du att delta i upphandlingar av IT-tjänster, ansvara för våra IT-konsulter, samt underlätta dialogen med våra IT-leverantörer och interna IT-team.

Din roll kommer även att innefatta:

  • Ansvara för budget och prognoser för tjänsterna samt fakturahantering.
  • Säkerhetsställa och delta i arbetet med incidenthantering, problem och förändringsprocesser.
  • Koordinera releaser och versionshantering samt hantera licenser och behörigheter.
  • Säkerhetsställa nödvändig systemdokumentation för att underhålla tjänsterna, exempelvis SOP.

Vem är du?

Vi söker dig som har:

  • Eftergymnasial utbildning inom IT eller liknande.
  • Ett antal års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet och god teknisk och affärsmässig förståelse.
  • Erfarenhet av att beställa och upphandla IT-tjänster.
  • Kunskap om informationssäkerhet, inklusive dataskydd, är meriterande.
  • Erfarenhet av kontinuerligt förbättringsarbete samt erfarenhet av agila metoder är meriterande.
  • Förståelse för hur affärslogik implementeras i systemstöd är meriterande.

För att trivas i rollen ser vi att du har god social förmåga och är en relationsbyggare. Du leder med ett coachande ledarskap och är också nyfiken, empatisk och prestigelös. Du är även flytande på svenska och engelska, i både tal och skrift.
