Maintenance Planner

Job Responsibilities:

  • Order all stocked parts and set up all new spare parts including location.
  • Manage VMI and Bench stock vendors.
  • Manually issue parts for contractors/interns.
  • Issue and track PPE; supply PPE for new hires.
  • Put in work orders for all parts that are made in-house.
  • Manage rebuild shop and prioritize work in rebuild shop.
  • Arrange for experts to come in and rebuild pumps as needed.
  • Transfer Bench stock to counted stock locations in JD Edwards (JDE).
  • Receive and deliver parts as required.
  • Track and resolve discrepancies.
  • Provide assistance within a team environment to identify issues and develop/implement improvements.
  • Determine and request resources as necessary.
  • Perform other duties as may be assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Preferred candidate will have a high school education or equivalent.
  • Knowledge of JD Edwards and Leading to Lean preferred.
  • Strong multitasking and communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Must have strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to work independently.
