Vad innebär det att vara Senior Redovisningskonsult hos oss?
Som Senior Redovisningskonsult hos Frejs kommer du att ha en viktig roll i att stötta flertalet kunder inom olika branscher med professionell rådgivning inom redovisning och bokslutsfrågor. Du kommer även att fungera som stöd för dina kollegor med din erfarenhet och expertis. Som Senior Redovisningskonsult har du ansvaret för hela processen i redovisningsuppdragen fram till kompletta bokslut. Du rapporterar till Kontorschef.

Vidare innebär rollen som konsult att du:

  1. i nära samarbete med platschef arbetar med Frejs processer och fördelar arbetet för att säkerställa bokslut med god kvalité samt för balans i livet
  2. fungerar som stöd och mentor för kollegor i redovisnings- och bokslutsfrågor
  3. arbetar aktivt för ett gott arbetsklimat och utveckling
  4. säkerställer att all redovisning sker enligt god redovisningssed

Vem är du?
För att lyckas i denna roll besitter du en god teoretisk kunskap inom redovisning och har lång erfarenhet av rollen som redovisningskonsult. En spännande och utvecklande del i rollen innebär att du får vara med och stärka rutinerna kring arbetet i kunduppdragen och att coacha dina medarbetare i deras arbete genom att dela med dig av dina erfarenheter. För dig är det naturligt att arbeta proaktivt och hitta lösningar som ger värde och utveckling - både till kunden och dig som konsult. Vidare har du stark kommunikativ förmåga, är analytisk, strukturerad och har lätt för att se helheten. Du trivs i en roll där du får stötta och motivera andra, är lyhörd, och flexibel men samtidigt tydlig och konstruktiv när så krävs.

Kvalifikationer:

  1. Minst 5 års erfarenhet inom redovisning och av att arbeta med hela redovisningsprocessen fram till kompletta bokslut samt granskning av färdigställda bokslut
  2. Akademisk utbildning inom relevant område
  3. Goda kunskaper i Officepaketet och erfarenhet av att arbeta i redovisningssystem
  4. Erfarenhet av arbete med deklarationer
  5. Du talar och skriver obehindrat på svenska och engelska
  6. B-körkort

Meriterande:

  1. Arbetserfarenhet av att arbeta i Fortnox och Capego.
