Grænn söker tre Retail Sales Executives. I denna nyckelroll blir du en viktig del av vår expansion i Sverige, där du arbetar nära våra retailpartners för att stärka vår närvaro och maximera försäljningen i butik.

Som Retail Sales Executive ansvarar du för retailförsäljning, leder din region självständigt och fungerar som en inspirationskälla för butikspersonalen. Är du redo att vara med från start och ta våra skönhetsvarumärken till nästa nivå?

Driva försäljning och bygga relationer

  1. Överträffa försäljningsmål genom aktiv närvaro i butik och nära samarbete med retailpartners.
  2. Skapa starka och långsiktiga relationer med butikschefer, regionchefer och butikspersonal.
  3. Implementera en TOP door-strategi för att säkerställa att nyckelbutiker får extra uppmärksamhet och stöd.
  4. Följa upp försäljningsresultat och KPI:er samt anpassa strategier för att maximera lönsamheten.

Träna och inspirera

  1. Säkerställa att butikspersonalen har god produktkunskap genom både fysiska och digitala utbildningar.
  2. Skräddarsy utbildningsprogram för nyckelbutiker i din region.

Visual Merchandising och butiksexponering

  1. Säkerställa att varumärket har optimal synlighet i butik enligt VM-riktlinjer.
  2. Arbeta kreativt för att skapa inspirerande och säljdrivande exponeringar.

Event och PR

  1. Planera och genomföra butiksevent som stärker varumärket och engagerar kunder.
  2. Skapa starka relationer med butiksteam och driva lokala samarbeten, exempelvis med köpcentrum.
  3. Budgetansvar för din region samt regelbunden rapportering till Retail Sales Manager.
  4. Planera och genomföra butikbesök baserat på försäljningsutveckling och behov.

Har du kvalifikationerna vi söker?

  1. Erfarenhet inom försäljning, gärna från butik.
  2. En naturlig relationsskapare som motiverar och inspirerar butikspersonal.
  3. Självgående, resultatorienterad och van vid ett högt tempo.
  4. Trivs med en del resande i tjänsten.
  5. Minst 3 års erfarenhet inom skönhetsbranschen, gärna som makeupartist eller liknande.
  6. Vi ser helst att du är bosatt i Stockholm, Göteborg eller Malmö.
  7. Trivs i en dynamisk roll med många kontaktytor.
