Samsung continues to grow and is now looking for a Head of Product Management for our TV & Sound Team. In this role, you will lead two teams: the Product Management Team and the Sales Innovation team. The team has 13 people, and you will work together with them in our Kista office. The role reports to our Nordic Director for TV & Sound, Tommy Nilsson.

Role and Responsibilities

As our Head of Product Management, you will have a strategic and results-driven leadership role. Your purpose is to drive and develop our Product Management & Sales Innovation team within the TV & Audio division in the Nordics. As the head of this function, you will lead a team of 13 professionals and ensure the achievement of our business objectives through strong commercial strategies, innovation, and effective sales & marketing spend.

In this role, you will have overall responsibility for P&L, KPIs, launch strategies, annual sales, and market shares per segment. You will also oversee pricing, cost management, and brand development within the division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the Product Management & Sales Innovation team across the Nordics.
  • Drive and optimize P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Oversee pricing, cost control, and profitability for TV & Audio products.
  • Develop and execute product launch strategies and annual sales plans per segment.
  • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to ensure competitive business strategies.
  • Strengthen and grow the brand presence in the Nordic market together with the marketing team.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including sales teams, marketing, and partners.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and business strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful you need to be an experienced leader with a solid background in sales, product management, or marketing. Capable of driving growth in both retail and online channels.

  • At least 5 years of leadership experience in sales, product management, or marketing.
  • Experience in both retail and online sales and marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with business-critical systems (Excel, SAP).
  • Proven track record of leading teams, driving strategies, and achieving business goals.
  • A business-oriented and goal-driven mindset with a proactive approach.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
