Omoi is hiring a project manager. A doer. Someone who loves to create order out of chaos. Not that there is chaos. (Ok, there's a little bit of chaos…)

We need someone who is, if not native in English, pretty close to it, as most of our clients are spread all over the world. We speak English in the office every day, but we also speak Portuguese, Italian, Ukrainian, Polish, Spanish, and the occasional Swedish.

What will you be working on? We honestly don't know. This past year, we have been working with space tech, luxury hotels, climate tech, gaming, venture capital companies, and more. Oh, yes, we also worked with an insanely cool chemistry startup in Paris. And we're just wrapping up an American fuel cell company. We might even do some skincare this spring.

Our clients tend to be spread out all over the world. And that's just the way we like it. We want to work with the most interesting and innovative companies around.

This year, we plan to do more of all of the above. Come join us and our (hypoallergenic) office dog, and let's do some brand identities, pitch decks, websites, films, and who knows what else. Because we're just getting started.

We're looking for someone with a keen interest in design, art, technology, and photography – a self-described generalist who can do a bit of digital design production when needed, but who is a master when it comes to coordinating the nitty gritty of day-to-day operations and keeping projects, teams, and budgets on track. An expert multitasker who can thrive in a hybrid role that juggles both creative and analytical thinking.

Our ideal candidate knows how to manage creative talent and high-touch clients with grace. You have an eagle eye, a special way with words, and an empathetic heart. You are proactive, obsessive over details, and you don't let anything fall through the cracks. And you are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on, whether that means QAing a website, preparing presentations, double-checking deliverables, or collaborating in a design file.

You love project management. You dream in project management. The concept of herding cats doesn't scare you, it excites you.

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years' experience as a producer/project manager at a creative agency
  • Fluent in Asana, which is the life and blood of our agency
  • Experience estimating projects, drafting scopes of work, and managing change orders
  • Expert communicator in English who is comfortable coordinating with clients and external partners
  • Technically savvy and excited to learn new tools, processes, and subject matter
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment as part of a small team where everyone wears multiple hats
  • Kind, respectful, and open-minded person with a positive mental attitude

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Ability to navigate design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience creating or contributing to presentation decks
  • Enjoys coming up with ways to improve processes and create efficiencies
