Our unit, Project Services, is responsible for efficient and high-quality project deliveries with highly skilled and motivated project managers. Our goal is to create a world-class customer experience and make our customers more competitive.

We also strongly drive the development of Tietoevry Tech Services project management processes and methods. The project management team consists of approximately 40 project managers in Sweden and around 200 globally. To support our growth and unit development, we are now hiring more skilled project managers in Sweden.

The role involves:

  • Leading small projects or sub-projects.
  • Working independently with daily management of sub-projects and understanding when issues should be escalated to a higher level.
  • Having good problem-solving skills and being decisive.
  • Being communicative and able to engage and motivate others.
  • Coordinating internally and with customers on project-related matters.
  • Having a coaching leadership style and wanting to contribute to team growth.

Our expectations:

  • You preferably have a couple of years of experience in project management within IT service implementation, ideally in outsourcing, infrastructure, networking, and workplace services.
  • Basic understanding of workplace services, IT infrastructure, and cloud platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
  • You have relevant higher education or equivalent.
  • Project management training is an advantage.
