Du ansvarar för hantering av Windows-baserade klienter, mjukvarudistribution, patchhantering och utveckling av klientimages. Arbetet inkluderar automatisering med PowerShell, samarbete med IT-säkerhetsteamet och teknisk support. Vi söker dig med erfarenhet av Windows klienthantering, kunskap om MDT och SCCM samt kompetens i PowerShell.

Din roll

Som Client Management Specialist kommer du att spela en nyckelroll i att optimera och underhålla vår klientmiljö. Du kommer att ansvara för att säkerställa att våra kunders användare har tillgång till säkra, effektiva och uppdaterade arbetsverktyg.

Dina huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Hantera och optimera vår Windows-baserade klientmiljö
  • Implementera och underhålla system för mjukvarudistribution och patchhantering
  • Utveckla och underhålla images för klientdatorer
  • Automatisera klientrelaterade processer med hjälp av PowerShell och andra skriptspråk
  • Samarbeta med IT-säkerhetsteamet för att implementera och upprätthålla säkerhetsåtgärder på klientnivå
  • Ge teknisk support och vägledning till slutanvändare och IT-supportpersonal
  • Utvärdera och implementera nya teknologier för att förbättra klientmiljön

Kvalifikationer

  • Gedigen erfarenhet av Windows klienthantering
  • Djupgående kunskap om Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) och System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
  • Stark kompetens inom PowerShell och andra skriptspråk
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med Windows Server-miljöer
  • Kunskap om moderna säkerhetslösningar för klientmiljöer
  • Certifieringar som MCSE eller liknande är meriterande
  • Utmärkt problemlösningsförmåga och analytiskt tänkande
  • God kommunikationsförmåga på svenska och engelska
