Engagement Manager på Advania

Som Engagement Manager ansvarar du för att leda och samordna våra ServiceNow-projekt. Du är den primära kontaktpersonen för våra kunder och ser till att affärsbehov och tekniska lösningar harmoniseras för att leverera högsta kvalitet.

Du kommer att:
  • Leda projekt från start till mål och säkerställa att leveranser sker enligt plan och överträffar kundens förväntningar.
  • Bygga starka och långvariga relationer med våra kunder, samtidigt som du fungerar som en strategisk rådgivare inom ServiceNow.
  • Samarbeta med interna team av utvecklare, lösningsarkitekter och projektledare för att säkerställa att alla parter har samma målbild och arbetar mot gemensamma framgångar.
  • Säkerställa att alla projekt drivs enligt agila metoder och bästa praxis inom ServiceNow.
  • Ständigt arbeta för att identifiera nya affärsmöjligheter hos befintliga kunder och driva tillväxt.
Vad vi söker hos dig

Du kommer med flera års erfarenhet av projektledning inom IT, varav två år inom ServiceNow. Din förmåga att bygga starka kundrelationer och leda kundprojekt har gett dig erfarenhet att arbeta enligt agila metoder i flera parallella projekt. Vi ser även att du har:

  • Erfarenhet av implementationsprojekt inom ServiceNow är en bonus.
  • En god förståelse för ServiceNow-plattformens kapacitet och förmågan att översätta affärsbehov till tekniska lösningar.
  • Certifieringar inom ServiceNow (t.ex. CSA, CAD eller liknande) är meriterande.
  • Stark kommunikations- och ledarskapsförmåga, både på svenska och engelska.
