Om tjänsten

Som Product Owner på Bankgirot blir du en nyckelperson i vårt agila utvecklingsteam och samverkar med produktchefer och andra intressenter inom produktorganisationen för att definiera och prioritera utvecklingsärenden i backloggen. Du ansvarar för att kommunicera produktstrategin till teamet och deltar aktivt i planering och genomförande av iterationer. Rollen innefattar att definiera initiativ och epics, prioritera backloggen samt säkerställa att informationsklassning och relaterade krav uppfylls. Du godkänner user stories, deltar i demos och retrospektiv, samt bidrar till en smidig och effektiv utvecklingsprocess.

Lämplig bakgrund

Vi söker dig som har en gedigen erfarenhet av att arbeta med agila metoder och som trivs i en målinriktad och drivande roll. Du är en skicklig kommunikatör med god samarbetsförmåga och arbetar strukturerat och noggrant, samtidigt som du har en förmåga att hantera detaljer. För att lyckas i rollen behöver du vara affärsmässig i både interna och externa kontakter och ha kunskap om banker, betalningar och finansiella processer. Du har en förståelse för den finansiella omvärlden och den underliggande infrastrukturen. Arbetslivserfarenhet inom dessa områden är ett krav, medan akademisk utbildning är meriterande men inte nödvändig. Initialt kommer arbetet att ske i stordatormiljö, vilket gör att det är ett plus om du har erfarenhet av detta.

Vi ser även att du är innovativ och utvecklingsinriktad, med förmåga att tänka framåt och ta initiativ. Som person är du engagerad och prestigelös, samtidigt som du är målmedveten och självständig. Du vet att de bästa resultaten nås genom samarbete och goda relationer, och du har ett starkt driv att utveckla både dig själv och verksamheten.
