YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve P&L and commercial performance goals for the E-tailer channel.
  • Identify and map prospective clients to generate leads and expand the customer base.
  • Build strong relationships with E-tailer Key Accounts, driving sales growth and market share.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to enhance product visibility, volume, and performance.
  • Collaborate across teams to create tailored trade programs and optimize communication and information sharing.
  • Monitor Key Account compliance with contracts and address performance gaps with timely actions.
  • Use data insights to analyze sales, brand performance, and promotions, translating findings into actionable business plans.
  • Ensure strong fundamentals in distribution, availability, and fulfillment for the E-tailer channel.
  • Propose investment strategies to optimize resources and drive channel growth.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You are a results-driven, strategic thinker passionate about building relationships and driving commercial success. You thrive in fast-moving environments and bring a collaborative approach to your work.

  • Experience: At least 3 years in Key Account Management, preferably in FMCG, retail, or E-commerce. Experience in cross-functional roles is a plus.
  • Skills: Proven ability to transform strategic insights into commercial initiatives. Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Collaboration: A track record of fostering cross-functional success and building strong partnerships.
  • Financial Acumen: Proficiency in budget management, P&L analysis, and business operations.
  • Languages: Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
