Troax Group is the world leader in safety solutions for machine guarding, warehouse, and property protection. We are now looking for a driven Project Manager ERP to play a key role in our digital transformation.
About the Position
As a Project Manager ERP at Troax Group, you will lead and implement business-critical ERP projects that optimize our global operations. You will play a central role in ensuring our ERP solutions enhance manufacturing processes, strengthen our competitive edge, and create value across the organization.
The location for this position is flexible with a 50/50 hybrid working model at our HQ in Sweden, Hillerstorp. You will report to the VP IT of Troax Group and the role will include travel as Troax Group is a global company with sales and supplies across the world.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End ERP Implementation: Lead ERP projects from initiation to full implementation in a global business environment.
- Process Mapping & Target Architecture: Analyze and document existing business processes, define future-state architecture, and ensure ERP solutions align with business goals.
- Project Management: Plan, drive, and deliver ERP projects on time and within budget.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate internal teams and external consultants.
- Risk & Resource Management: Ensure the right resources are in place and minimize project risks.
- Communication: Act as the link between IT, business operations, and management to secure successful implementation.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the ERP system meets high standards and aligns with business needs.
Your profile
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with a strategic mindset and deep understanding of ERP systems in a global business environment.
You have proven experience of leading ERP projects from start to finish, including implementation, in a global setup and a strong background in business process mapping. It is also important that you have the ability and experience to design a target architecture for ERP solutions.
You possess strong leadership, ability to drive change, analytical, and project management skills, and are fluent in English.
