We are looking for a talented Product Owner to join our dynamic Web3 team and help shape the future of our company. The selected candidate will lead the concept & delivery of our cutting-edge In-house Games, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with Betsson's strategic goals.

A taster of what you will be involved with
  • Produce detailed product specifications in the form of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, complemented by descriptive aids such as wireframes and flowcharts where necessary, to ensure the development teams have all required information to deliver the desired outcome.
  • Lead the product discovery process for assigned initiatives (including hypothesis generation, requirements gathering, design, and scoping) in collaboration with the Head of Product, product designers, data analysts, and engineers.
  • Assist the Head of Product in ensuring that the product development backlog is properly organised, prioritised, and kept up to date.
  • Contribute to the product vision, and champion this vision with stakeholders and the engineering teams.
  • Ensure that proper analytics, tracking and data collection mechanisms are in place to understand user behaviours and/or product performance.
  • Provide the necessary product support to the development teams as may be required to aid their delivery.
  • Work with other parts of the organisation as and when necessary to ensure the expected outcomes are achieved and are measured.
  • Communicate product releases and the status of ongoing product development to the wider organisation.
  • Hold effective demos and trainings with stakeholders for new product concepts and releases as and when required.
  • Ensure that relevant product documentation and wikis are well maintained.
  • Perform user acceptance & A/B testing of new product releases (or ensure co-ordination of) alongside the Product Designer.
  • Continuously review the product to identify areas for improvement and any deviations from the expected experience.
  • Assist and support the Head of Product in any matters as may be delegated from time to time.
  • Learn the market & customer needs through data and customer feedback.
  • Facilitate workshops and lead meetings. Manage design sprints, user story mapping sessions, and lead discussions about customer feedback and product requirements.
What we are looking for
  • A relevant academic degree or qualifications; preferably technology and / or business related.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role.
  • Skilled at creating and maintaining a product delivery roadmap & prioritising features.
  • Understanding of all aspects of game production including maths, mechanics, art & sound.
  • Strong understanding of the iGaming market.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Experience working with agile and remote development teams.
  • Comfortable and confident working with both the technical and commercial sides of an organisation.
  • A team player capable of building positive working relationships across the company.
  • A keen eye for detail and a user-centric mindset.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, Github or equivalent.
  • An understanding of Blockchain/Web3 Technologies will be considered a plus.
