Keller Grundläggning är en del av Keller Group, världens största geotekniska lösningsspecialist. Keller arbetar med projekt inom flera områden, bland annat infrastruktur, bygg och anläggning. Som entreprenör skiljer sig Keller från andra genom att själva ha all kompetens och resurser i egen regi, tjänstepersoner, konstruktörer, yrkesarbetare och maskiner. Tjänsten utgår från Luleå och resor i Norr- och Västerbotten förekommer samt övriga Sverige vid behov.

Arbetsuppgifter

Som Platschef ansvarar du för den operativa ledningen av projekten och säkerställer att arbetet bedrivs effektivt och enligt avtal. Dina huvudsakliga uppgifter inkluderar:

  • Projektledning – Planera, genomföra och följa upp projekt enligt tidplan och budget.
  • Beställarkontakt – Ansvara för kommunikation och samarbete med beställare.
  • Personalansvar – Leda, utveckla och schemalägga personal samt ansvara för arbetsmiljö och säkerhet.
  • Resursplanering – Organisera och koordinera personal, maskiner och material.
  • Ekonomiskt ansvar – Följa upp kostnader, sammanställa faktureringsunderlag och hantera ändrings- och tilläggsarbeten (ÄTA).
  • Rapportering – Ansvara för löpande rapportering avseende produktion och ekonomi.

Vi söker dig som

Vi välkomnar både dig med erfarenhet inom entreprenadbranschen och dig som är i början av din karriär men har ambitionen att utvecklas i en ledande roll. För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du:

  • Har erfarenhet inom entreprenadbranschen, exempelvis som arbetsledare, platschef eller motsvarande.
  • Har kunskap inom entreprenadjuridik, ekonomi och resursplanering.
  • Är en ledare med förmåga att motivera och engagera ditt team.
  • Talar och skriver svenska obehindrat samt kan kommunicera bra på engelska.
  • Har B-körkort.
