In the role of Learning Team Manager, you will lead the Learning team and be responsible for the development, planning, and delivery of the learning agenda. You will play a significant role in transforming the learning and development offer through data and technology, creating a great learning experience for many co-workers. You will be part of the Learning & Development capability team.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will:
- Lead, coach, and have managerial responsibility for the learning team while being accountable for business deliverables.
- Ensure that learning and development initiatives connected to different competence areas are delivered and meet the co-worker reality.
- Create and secure project plans and deliverables, working cross-functionally within IKEA.
- Be responsible for learning development and learning experience ways of working, constantly driving organizational development to stay up to date with the world around us.
- Lead the collaboration with stakeholders across IKEA to transform the learning and development offer through data and technology.
As a Learning Team Manager, you have a good understanding of the IKEA strategic framework and its connection to learning and development. You work according to the IKEA vision, concept, business idea, and embody the IKEA culture & values. You have experience and knowledge of IKEA Leadership and are a true role model.
Furthermore:
- You possess strong leadership skills and love to develop people and business together.
- You build trust and strong relationships within the team.
- You have strong stakeholder management skills and easily build trustful relationships with multiple stakeholders at different levels.
- You dare to influence, inspire, and make a difference.
- You have strong communication and facilitation skills.
- You can combine strategic, tactical, and operational work.
- You have value chain knowledge as well as thorough knowledge in data and tech related to learning development.
- You can lead people and business through change processes.
- You lead by example and are a true ambassador of IKEA culture and values.
