To realize our ambitions in the IKEA Supply Strategy, IKEA has recognized the need to improve and modernize our work methods. We are upgrading our current Procurement Platforms to enable Procurement processes for all of IKEA. This new position is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in the Ivalua Procurement platforms, which support our direct and indirect procurement operations to support improving efficiency and decision-making within the Business Organization.

We are looking for a Platform Manager with an accountability for the Ivalua Direct and Indirect Procurement Platforms. You will lead the technology development and operations for the IKEA platform and its surrounding applications that support the IKEA business within the Supply Procurement Business Unit.

You will build, lead and develop the Platform team, which is part of the Supply Data & technology department. You will also lead the evolution of the technology landscape that supports our IKEA Supply transformation ambitions, identifying and establishing the relevant technologies and operating the necessary platforms.

More specifically, in this role you will be:

• Accountable for the IKEA Ivalua Procurement Platforms technical development, integration, infrastructure, and operations including overall solution designs and platform roadmap leading towards uniformity and commonality across Inter IKEA.
• Leading all aspects of delivery throughout their lifecycle, including performance, financials, and continuous improvement.
• Create, manage, and hold together the technology development and life cycle plans together with the targeted technology landscape.
• Lead and manage the platform team while partnering closely with other digital product teams to define assignments (OKRs), ensuring high availability and reliability.
• Drive the platform team to adhere to Agile Ways of working supported by the new implemented digital product and Platform organizational set-up.
• Enable the adoption of DevOps teams to shorten the development life cycle and deliver high-quality results.
• Work closely with peers and connected stakeholders across IKEA like the Procurement Development Capability Area management team to guide and identify deliverables and govern test- and release management for the platform.
• Lead by example, empowering co-workers to perform and grow according to agreed goals, supporting both current and future needs.
• Play a lead role in co-creating, refining, and promoting IKEA's position, standards, and frameworks for technology services.
• Steer and manage strategic relations with suppliers connected to IKEA Supply technology services.
• Partner with service providers, IT functions, and various stakeholders to prioritize, monitor performance, support, and resource utilization.
• Ensure the Ivalua platforms comply with data security, privacy regulations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Continuously monitor the platform's performance using metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement, and generating regular performance reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage the budget for the Ivalua platforms, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

• Solid and broad management and leadership experience with a strong ability to inspire people towards clearly set objectives.
• Ability to lead and mentor a distributed team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders on different levels and knowledge areas.
• Strong knowledge and experience in working with platforms in an integrated end-to-end landscape and the Ivalua technology.
• Experience from integrated planning, agile Ways of working and Product and Platform model.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset for identifying and addressing issues before they impact the business.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in data security and regulatory compliance relevant to cloud-based Oracle platforms.
• Strong financial acumen to manage budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement within technology platforms and business processes.
• Commitment to staying current with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in Ivalua platforms and cloud computing.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience in disaster recovery planning and implementation for Ivalua platforms.
