Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ITM Platform Manager to lead the technical development and operations of our Oracle Transport Management Platform. The successful candidate will have expertise in large-scale Oracle platforms, specifically Oracle Transport Management, within an integrated landscape.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of delivery, including performance, financials, continuous improvement, and lifecycle plans aligned with the targeted technology landscape. You will also be responsible for developing and managing the budget, ensuring compliance with data security, privacy regulations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

You will build, lead, and develop a high-performing team, collaborating with other product teams to define objectives (OKRs), ensure high availability and reliability, and drive Agile and DevOps practices.

In this role, you will:

  • Accountable for the IKEA Transport Platform's technical development, integration, infrastructure, operations, solution designs, and roadmap to ensure uniformity across Inter IKEA.
  • Lead and manage the platform team, collaborating with other product teams to define objectives (OKRs), ensure high availability and reliability, and drive Agile and DevOps practices.
