About The Role
As the forecasting lead within Group FP&A, you will drive the Budget and forecasting processes for the Group from start to finish. You will own the full planning with all our local reporters as your main stakeholders. You will visualize and design Sinch's forecasting reports to various stakeholders, management group and Board of directors. Furthermore, you will own the planning and development for our forecasting tool Anaplan. This role provides a great opportunity for you to have a significant impact, and make a mark on Group FP&A, including its work going forward.

This role is based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden but we are open to other major Sinch European locations as well. The role reports to Head of Group FP&A.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning the Budget and Forecasting timeline planning during the year.
  • Structuring information materials and knowledge sharing.
  • Onboarding new colleagues in our forecasting processes.
  • Develop our Group wide forecasting tool Anaplan.
  • Build and manage Budget reporting packages to management group and Board.

About You

To be successful in this role requires a blend of visionary and strategic thinking with a practical, hands-on approach. Your communication skills are excellent—clear, concise, and engaging—allowing you to effectively influence and connect with diverse stakeholder groups. You are highly organized with excellent time management skills. Last but not least, you have a passion for Excel and are highly skilled in PowerPoint, with a talent for simplifying complex data into digestible insights.

  • Proven experience of Business Controlling at Group level in a large and international company.
  • Experience from project-based processes.
  • Experience in the following systems is a plus: Anaplan, Aaro, Tableau.
  • Fluency in English is required.
