För vår kund Etraveli Groups räkning söker vi nu en analytisk och kommersiell Head of Group Business Control som vill vara med och leda företagets framtida tillväxt. Etraveli är ett ledande globalt företaget inom tekniska lösningar för onlineförsäljning av flygresor som löser komplexiteten av att koppla samman miljontals flyg och resenärer över hela världen.

Etraveli driver konsumentvarumärken som Mytrip, GoToGate och Flight Network samt hanterar flygbokningar åt Booking.com. Dessutom har företaget etablerade strategiska samarbeten med företag som Skyscanner, Google Flights och TUI.

Etraveli har kontor i bland annat Sverige (HQ), Kanada, Grekland, Indien, Uruguay och Polen.

Som Head of Group Business Control på Etraveli Group fungerar du som en strategisk affärspartner för hela företaget. Vi ser gärna att du som person är engagerad och analytisk med ett kommersiellt tankesätt, eftersom du kommer att arbeta nära och stötta både olika ekonomiteam och alla avdelningar inom koncernen.

Etraveli Groups Business Control-team har en nyckelroll i att stödja företagets tillväxt genom uppgifter såsom rapportering till ledning och intressenter, budget- och prognoshantering samt finansiellt partnerskap. Rollen är placerad i Stockholm med 1-2 arbetsdagar per vecka i Uppsala då teamet finns där.

I denna roll kommer du att
  • Arbeta nära teamet och ansvara för viktiga finansiella analyser, budgetering och prognoser
  • Möjliggöra datadrivna och välinformerade kommersiella beslut
  • Vidareutveckla processer, verktyg och arbetssätt för en hållbar och solid Group Business Control-funktion
Arbetsuppgifter inkluderar men är inte begränsade till
  • Vara affärspartner över Etravelis kontor och funktioner, med fokus på att ge finansiellt stöd genom att övervaka utfall och säkerställa att rätt strategiska beslut fattas
  • Strategisk planering: Samarbeta med olika avdelningar för att anpassa finansiella prognoser efter affärsstrategier
  • Uppföljning: Övervaka och rapportera finansiella resultat, identifiera risker och möjligheter samt ge rekommendationer till ledningen
  • Processförbättringar: Identifiera förbättringsområden inom finansiell planering och rapportering samt implementera mer effektiva arbetssätt
  • Driva utveckling av verktyg/system och automatisera processer
  • Granska analysresultat och bidra med insiktsfulla rekommendationer för investeringar, kostnadsreducering och affärsbeslut
  • Ansvara för analys och/eller validering av resultaträkning, balansräkning och kassaflöde
  • Intern rapportering till ägare, ledning och andra intressenter
Profilbeskrivning

Vi söker dig som är självständig, flexibel och pragmatisk samt trivs i en dynamisk miljö. Du har förmåga att utmana och agera proaktivt, med ett tydligt kundfokus. Du är en ledare och har erfarenhet av att utveckla framtida ledare genom att stötta deras prestation och utveckling.

Vi tror att du har
  • Minst 10 års arbetslivserfarenhet
  • Tidigare erfarenhet av att leda en FP&A- eller Business Control-funktion
  • Exceptionella analytiska, kvantitativa och statistiska färdigheter
  • Starka finansiella modelleringskunskaper och god förståelse för finansiell rapportering samt kassaflödesanalyser
  • Förmåga att balansera flera uppgifter och möta deadlines
  • God datorvana, särskilt inom MS Excel och arbete i stora ERP-/finanssystem
  • Förmåga att arbeta självständigt och driva arbetet framåt
  • Stark samarbetsförmåga på alla nivåer inom företaget
