Detta är en nyckelroll som rapporterar direkt till CFO och kommer att vara avgörande för att skala upp vår finansiella verksamhet i takt med vår fortsatta snabba tillväxt. Baserad i Stockholm kommer du att ha övergripande ansvar för alla aspekter av redovisning, finansiell rapportering och intern kontroll.
Ansvarsområden
- Leda och utveckla Accounting funktionen, inkl. Tax och Treasury
- Ansvara för redovisning, månads och kvartalsbokslut, intern och extern finansiell rapportering samt finansanalys
- Utarbeta och implementera ekonomiska strategier och processer
- Säkerställa intern kontroll och efterlevnad av gällande lagar och regler
- Samarbeta med ledningsgruppen och andra avdelningar
Kvalifikationer
- Minst 10 års erfarenhet inom redovisning, gärna inom SaaS-branschen
- Erfarenhet av ledande roller inom ekonomi
- Djup kunskap om IFRS och redovisningsstandarder
- Stark analytisk förmåga och förmåga att identifiera och analysera trender
- Erfarenhet av processförbättringar och implementering av "best practice"
- Utmärkt kommunikations- och samarbetsförmåga, både i tal och skrift, på svenska och engelska
Meriterande
- Auktoriserad revisor eller motsvarande certifiering är meriterande.
- Erfarenhet av att arbeta i en internationell miljö
- Erfarenhet från börsintroduktion / IPO
