I rollen som mekanikingenjör på Cytiva ansvarar du för att konstruera instrumentmoduler, samverka med ingenjörer från andra discipliner inom elektronik, embedded, optik, provning, service och produktion. Tillsammans utvecklar vi nästa generations produkter för forskning och storskalig tillverkning av läkemedel och vacciner. I vår utveckling använder vi moderna utvecklingsverktyg, Creo för 3D CAD, Ansys för FEA/CFD beräkningar/simuleringar. Vi satsar på modern teknik som 3D printning, lasersvetsning och bondning. Vi har tillgång till en prototypverkstad med de senaste 3D printrarna för plast och metall, utrustning för lasersvetsning och bondning av plast, formsprutningsmaskiner samt CNC maskiner för bearbetning.

Denna tjänst är en del av Instrument and Single Use Hardware på Cytivas site i Uppsala och kommer att ha ett upplägg som on site.

Dina arbetsuppgifter:

  • Konstruera produkter som innehåller robotar, pumpar, ventiler, detektorer och mycket mer
  • Säkerställa att designen på våra produkter möter våra projektmål för en effektiv överföring till produktion och service
  • Stötta teamet i design av våra system. Bidra med kunskap gällande design, lösningar, komponenter, verktyg, metoder och utredningar

De huvudsakliga kraven för tjänsten är:

  • Högskoleingenjör med inriktning mot maskinteknik
  • 2 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet
  • Stort eget driv och tekniskt intresse med vilja att utvecklas
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med design från utvecklingsfas till produktion
  • Flytande i svenska och engelska, såväl tal som skrift

Det är även meriterande om du har tidigare erfarenhet av:

  • Utveckling av medicintekniska produkter
  • Konstruktion och formsprutning av plast
