  1. Framtagning av tekniska instruktioner för våra produkter
  2. Skriva manualer och reservdelskataloger till våra kunder och för vår servicepersonal
  3. Dokumentera både användning och underhåll av produkten
  4. Sätta ihop underlag om produkten ur ett kund- och serviceperspektiv
  5. Delta i projektteam som arbetar med utvecklingsprojekt
  6. Framtagning av utbildningsmaterial
  7. Genomföra utbildningar för våra kunder
  8. Vara ett stöd till dina kollegor i dokumentationsteamet och bidra till vårt utvecklingsarbete

Profil

Vad du tar med dig för att lyckas

  1. Relevant utbildning, sannolikt på högskolenivå med teknisk inriktning
  2. Förmågan att förstå och kommunicera avancerad teknik
  3. Användarkunskap om Adobes verktyg samt standarder och system inom teknisk dokumentation
  4. Förmågan att uttrycka dig väl i både tal och skrift på såväl svenska som engelska. Har du erfarenhet av att skriva Simplified English är det en merit
  5. Intresse av att agera som utbildare i användning av våra maskiner. Pedagogisk erfarenhet är en merit. Resor ingår i tjänsten
  6. Du trivs med att samarbeta och kommunicera med olika människor i en internationell, projektorienterad organisation samt att representera Swisslog inför våra kunder
  7. Du är strukturerad och bra på att driva ditt arbete framåt
