Om rollen

Northmill söker en engagerad Senior Legal Counsel som kommer att spela en avgörande roll när banken utvecklar och växer erbjudandet inom företagsbanken, bland annat genom företagskrediter och hantering av pant kopplat till fastigheter och företagshypotek. I denna roll kommer du att arbeta nära våra kredit- och fastighetsanalytiker och nära våra säljare och kunder på företagssidan.

Du kommer att vara en central person i bankens juristfunktion och en viktig spelare i vår resa när vi bygger vår företagsbank. Vi söker dig som är noggrann, strukturerad och intresserad av att göra affärer. Du uppskattar högt tempo, är hands-on och har hög integritet.

Du håller dig uppdaterad om förändringar inom relevanta regelverk för att säkerställa att våra interna policyer följer gällande lagkrav och standarder.

Dina huvudsakliga ansvarsområden inkluderar att:
  • Tillsammans med Head of Legal forma bankens juristfunktion och bidra till bankens tillväxt.
  • Ge stöd till bankens säljorganisation, kredit- och fastighetsanalytiker i transaktioner samt säkerställa att legala risker identifieras och hanteras.
  • Upprätta, granska och förhandla kommersiella avtal.
  • Bidra i framtagande av mallar och villkor.
  • Bidra till bankens affärsutveckling och delta i strategiska projekt rörande bland annat partnerskap och nya produkter inom företagskrediter och fastighetsfinansiering.
  • Hantera eventuella tvister kopplat till kommersiella avtal.
  • Agera rådgivare till bankens medarbetare i legala frågor.
  • Aktivt hantera och övervaka regulatoriska förändringar.
Din bakgrund

I rollen som Senior Legal Counsel är nära samarbete och effektiv kommunikation avgörande. Därför söker vi dig som är socialt skicklig, har en utmärkt förmåga att kommunicera och kan förmedla kunskap på ett tydligt och pedagogiskt sätt. Du har ett affärsmässigt tänk, arbetar strukturerat och målmedvetet, och drivs av att identifiera och implementera effektiva och hållbara lösningar.

  • Svensk juristexamen.
  • Minst 8 års relevant arbetslivserfarenhet från advokatbyrå, bank/finanssektorn eller fastighetsbranschen.
  • Erfarenhet och fördjupad kompetens inom fastighetslån och därtill närliggande områden.
  • Du har praktisk kunskap kring hantering av pant och säkerheter i kommersiella fastigheter och fastighetsprojekt.
  • Erfarenhet från andra legala ämnesområden inom bank och finans, såsom regelverksuppföljning och compliance är meriterande men inte ett krav.
  • Du har ett generellt intresse för legala frågor inom bank- och finans.
  • Mycket goda kunskaper i både svenska och engelska, både i tal och skrift.
