The role

As a Marketing Project Manager at Viaplay Group, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across various platforms. This hands-on role involves developing creative concepts, managing campaigns and its budget, coordinating with internal teams across PR, social media, commercial marketing, and performance marketing. You will work closely with our media agency to plan the most optimal campaign. You will track performance and evaluate campaigns to ensure investment is spent the right way. You will be part of the Swedish marketing teams based in our headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels, including asset production and post-campaign evaluation.
  • Collaborate closely with production teams to commission marketing materials.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts from ideation to execution and assessment.
  • Serve as the main contact for project-related inquiries and manage internal and external presentations and reporting.
  • Support the team with workflow processes, evaluations, and seasonal planning.
  • Work with media agencies and production teams to implement marketing strategies, sales goals, and brand messaging.
  • Manage internal stakeholders and maximize exposure through Viaplay's cross-promotion channels.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are upheld across all marketing and communication efforts.

  • You are creative, visually oriented, and analytical with a strong passion for entertainment.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You take initiative, enjoy teamwork, and can build strong relationships across an organization.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in marketing and/or media buying.
  • Hands-on experience in project and production management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and structured work habits.
  • You have experience in working with improvement of SAC, CPA.
  • Data driven and used to produce campaign evaluations.
  • Fluency in Swedish and English.

It's a bonus if you have:

  • Creative experience in video, photography, or copywriting.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution.
  • Background in media or communications, particularly within streaming TV/FTV.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing with a focus on conversion and ROI.
