As part of one of our client's continuous growth and digital transformation journey, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join their team in Malmö. This is a 6-month assignment with the possibility of a permanent position.
The role reports to Marketing & Communication Director.
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping their digital marketing strategies to drive performance across multiple markets. You will be responsible for optimizing customer acquisition and conversion through data-driven approaches while aligning with their brand transformation objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with local markets to execute digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content manager to optimize digital content.
- Support product launches with digital acquisition strategies.
- Drive e-commerce growth through performance channels.
- Develop and implement a performance marketing strategy across digital channels.
- Manage paid search, paid social media, display advertising, and other digital campaigns.
- Create and optimize the entire digital customer journey.
- Lead marketing automation initiatives and CRM activities.
- Implement attribution modelling and tracking systems.
- Manage relationships with performance marketing agencies.
Qualifications:
We are seeking a highly qualified candidate with over 5 years of experience in digital marketing and data analysis. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Matomo, with a background in attribution modeling, customer journey mapping, and marketing automation. Familiarity with CRM systems such as Hubspot and Mailchimp is essential. Experience in SEO/SEM practices using tools like SEMrush and Ahrefs is preferred.
To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding and track record in achieving Digital marketing ROI and ROAS targets. You will be responsible for optimizing Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), improving conversion rates, driving digital revenue growth, and analyzing campaign performance metrics. Proficiency in enhancing marketing automation effectiveness will be crucial for success in this dynamic position.
