Om tjänsten
Som Compliance & Legal Officer på Talenom kommer du att spela en central roll i att säkerställa att vi följer alla lagar och regler som gäller för vår verksamhet. Din juridiska expertis kommer att vara avgörande när det gäller att hålla koll på nya och förändrade regler, samt att utbilda våra medarbetare om relevant lagstiftning som exempelvis AML (Anti-Money Laundering) och GDPR.

Du kommer att vara en viktig rådgivare för våra kontorschefer och ett stöd i praktiska juridiska frågor. I rollen ingår även att utreda incidenter, hantera försäkringsärenden samt utveckla och uppdatera våra interna policys och rutiner. Risk och kvalitet är centrala i vår organisation, och du kommer att bidra till att kontinuerligt förbättra våra arbetssätt.

Vem är du?
Vi söker dig som har en juridisk utbildning (t.ex. jur.kand.) och som har förvärvat erfarenhet inom compliance, avtalsrätt eller andra relevanta områden. Vi ser gärna att du har erfarenhet från arbete på myndighet, bank eller advokatbyrå, men även om din bakgrund är inom annan verksamhet är du välkommen att söka.

För att lyckas i rollen ser vi att du:

  • Har en akademisk examen inom juridik.
  • Har erfarenhet av att arbeta med penningtvätt, GDPR, och avtalshantering.
  • Har en god förståelse för och förmåga att tolka juridiska regelverk och risker.
  • Är en pedagogisk och kommunikativ person som trivs med att utbilda och vägleda kollegor.
  • Är van att rapportera och har förmågan att förklara komplexa juridiska frågor på ett tydligt sätt.
  • Behärskar svenska och engelska i tal och skrift.
