In dieser Funktion sind Sie für die Compliance des Systems der Reinigungsvalidierung und der kontinuierlichen Prozessverifizierung (CPV) am Standort verantwortlich. Sie stellen sicher, dass die Systeme sowohl entsprechend den regulatorischen als auch den Anforderungen von Kunden gerecht werden. Des Weiteren sind Sie in dieser Funktion für die Sicherstellung der regulatorischen und qualitätsrelevanten Anforderungen ausgewählter Produkte zuständig und arbeiten dazu eng mit unseren Kunden und vielen Abteilungen innerhalb der Organisation zusammen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Verantwortliche Betreuung der Reinigungsvalidierung am Standort Zwickau
  • Durchführung und Weiterentwicklung des Systems zur kontinuierlichen Prozessverifizierung (CPV)
  • Business-Administrator für das elektronische System Veeva Vault zur Bearbeitung und Verwaltung von Dokumenten, Trainings und Qualitätsmanagementsystemen (z.B. Abweichungen, Reklamationen und Change Control)
  • Ansprechpartner und Betreuung von Kunden in Bezug auf alle pharmazeutischen Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen, Product Quality Reviews, internen und externen Spezifikationen und anderen GMP-relevanten Dokumenten
  • Projektmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden und dem Projektmanagementteam
  • Unterstützung bei der Bewertung von internen Abweichungen und Reklamationen sowie von OOS-Fällen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Sachkundigen Person und anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Teilnahme an Audits und Inspektionen (inklusive Selbstinspektionen)

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Pharmazie, Naturwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Erfahrung im pharmazeutischen Umfeld (Produktion, Qualitätssicherung/Qualitätskontrolle)
  • GMP-Kenntnisse in Bezug auf die Herstellung von Arzneimitteln
  • Gute Kenntnisse der GMP-Regularien und in der aktuellen Gesetzgebung (AMG, AMWHV)
  • Überdurchschnittliches Engagement, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Teamgeist, Kommunikationsstärke und dienstleistungsorientiertes Handeln
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
