Som vår Operations Manager kommer du att leda och utveckla det regionala teamet för att säkerställa bästa förutsättningar för personal och vindparker samt leverera på överenskomna operativa mål avseende hälsa och säkerhet, tillgänglighet och OPEX. Rollen kommer att ansvara för effektiv hantering av den dagliga verksamheten gällande bemanning av Site managers och tekniker för säkra underhåll och skötsel av egna tillgångar och kundtillgångar med ansvar för ekonomiskt resultat i regionen.

Som Onshore Operations Manager kommer du att:

Leda och hantera det regionala operativa teamet för att leverera "operativa excellensmål". Bygga upp, leda och utveckla teamet, dess kapacitet och kultur Hantera det årliga underhålls- och inspektionsprogrammet för att säkerställa en effektiv användning av tekniker, reservdelar och supportkrav. Daglig hantering av alla anläggningsrelaterade kontrakt (markarrenden, underhåll etc.) Säkerställa att all dokumentation som krävs för underhållsaktiviteter på anläggningen finns tillgänglig och stödja utvecklingen av dokumentation Ansvara för att alla tillämpliga lagar, förordningar, samtycken och licenser efterlevs Tillhandahålla mål för hälsa, säkerhet och miljö (HSE), garantera att de efterlevs och driva kontinuerlig förbättring av HSE-processer Leverera enligt definierade rapporteringskrav (MTP, månadsrapporter etc.) Arbeta med Analytics and Digital, Engineering och Operations Optimisation för att identifiera och lösa operativa problem och stödja genomförandet av förbättringsåtgärder. Styrelseansvar för lokala operativa bolag och Onshore JVs

Din profil

För att trivas och lyckas i denna roll bör du ha långvarig erfarenhet av drift och underhåll eller motsvarande. Minst 5 års erfarenhet av förnybar energi för produktionstillgångar, med gedigen bakgrund inom drift samt ett gott affärssinne. God förståelse för lagstiftning och regler inom hälsa och säkerhet samt miljö.

- Har utmärkt kommunikation och interpersonella färdigheter på olika nivåer internt och externt

Du kommer att vara baserad i Malmö men vi arbetar i ett internationellt sammanhang som kräver regelbundna resor, med engelska som affärsspråk. Vi söker dig som vill utvecklas med oss i en bransch som investerar för framtiden. Du kommer huvudsakligen att arbeta i Skandinavien och bör kunna kommunicera på svenska, danska eller norska utöver engelska, men vänligen sänd ansök på engelska.
