Alfa Laval is seeking a Solution specialist D365F&O, with a focus on Sales Order Management, to join the Group Digital foundational area OneERP, a newly established organization consolidating and focusing all ERP activities. This role is crucial for creating a strong and scalable transactional ERP foundation to support Alfa Laval's strategic direction.

OneERP aims to develop and accelerate D365F&O rollouts while managing an effective and efficient ERP platform. They prioritize standardization of transactional processes for all Alfa Laval businesses.

Your role as a Solution specialist will be pivotal in adding value and supporting OneERP's success on a broader scale.

About the job

- You will be part of an agile development team defining and developing the ERP template to support our Sales companies.

- As a Solution specialist in Template development, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to deliver enhancements and projects for Alfa Laval's global sales system.

- You will work alongside business and IT stakeholders to refine requirements and participate in analysis, design, deployment, and support of solutions.

- This role reports to the Manager Template development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive refinement of work items to meet customer requirements

- Write Functional Design documents (FDD) as specifications for development

- Maintain and prioritize development backlog, ensuring timely deliveries

- Collaborate with stakeholders internally and externally

- Assist in onboarding new team members

What you know

You bring solid experience in ERP functional field or global rollouts, particularly in Order-to-Cash.

- Broad knowledge of the ERP domain

- Extensive experience with D365F&O

- Proficiency in D365F&O data model and understanding of Orderto-Cash processes

- Experience in integrations and change management, with fluency in business English

- Experience with agile methodologies, preferably Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
