As part of this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the implementation of our new Salesforce.com Territory Management and Planning tools for your region
  • Take charge of the annual Territory Planning process in your region with Sales Leaders to update Sales team territories: manage the preparation of datasets and trials, organize, and conduct yearly Territory Planning reviews, including training sessions
  • Act as a focal point for Territory Management in your region: provide guidance and counsel to sales leaders during the Planning phase, ensure Territories are correctly established and updated promptly
  • Manage detailed reporting and governance tasks to enhance Cytiva Territory Management Process, generate customized territory performance analytics for leadership

The key requirements for this position are:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, commerce, or marketing with practical experience
  • Proficient in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); familiarity with Salesforce.com, Oracle Territory Management is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, process-driven, highly organized individual with robust data analysis skills; adept at resolving intricate problems.
  • Effective communication and influencing abilities, capable of engaging professionally and delivering presentations to various individuals within the organization while accomplishing team objectives
  • Team player with demonstrated skills in prioritizing to achieve common goal(s) within set deadlines.
