IAR is seeking a Partner Manager who wants to develop with the team and contribute with previous experience and knowledge.

IAR is a world-leading provider of software and services for embedded systems development, with proprietary software solutions for security and assured quality. We are growing and need to strengthen the team with a Partner Manager. You will belong to the Product Management Team and Report to the Director of Product Management, but this role will interact with all functions in the company.

The Partner Manager ́s primary goal is to actively structure, prioritize, develop, and manage relationships with strategic business partners to meet company goals and identify and leverage business and eco system growth opportunities through collaborative and mutually beneficial connections.

Role overview and goals


• Form a deep understanding of our ecosystem and identify the characteristics of a good business partner


• Develop a scalable model for formalizing partnerships, build and manage segmented partner programs with various objectives


• Manage and build on existing partner relationships


• Identify and develop relationships with new partners (based on business opportunity or corporate strategy requirements)


• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams to develop partnership strategies and optimize business results from partner relationships


• Work with Product Management to explore possible integrations into our technology platform


• Work with partners and marketing to optimize joint marketing strategies to develop business through the ecosystem


• Take ownership of partnership reporting and performance to be able to evaluate results


• Promote IAR as a strategic business and technology partner

Qualifications


• 5 + years of business development experience, with a demonstrable ability to drive revenue and show results, or a proven track record of building successful partnership programs


• Partner and industry insights. Understanding of the embedded industry, business drivers, cloud platforms and emerging cloud trends for software development and deployment, and their impact on customer opportunities.


• Understanding of relevant technical concepts and ability to communicate with technical stakeholders


• Strongly capable of effectively communicating value propositions to all stakeholders


• Proven record of achieving targets and driving revenue in a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization


• You have experience working in an international environment and are fluent in spoken and written English. Swedish is a merit.

You are a strategic and analytical thinker who understands technology and business strategy and can excel at relationship-building and inspiring internal and external stakeholders. Furthermore, you are passionate about technology and relationships and willing to travel.
