Senior Manager, Business Development

Lead the development and enhancement of the divisional M&A strategy, including target screening, assessment, and presentation preparation for divisional and group leadership.
Coordinate the annual STRAP Strategic Process in cooperation with key partners to align strategic goals and priorities. Implement initiatives to boost business growth through financial and strategic analyses to assess new business models and opportunities. Support division-wide strategic decisions by managing projects and providing valuable insights. Perform market positioning analysis by monitoring the external environment and competitor activities. Set up target screening criteria that match the ImmunoDiagnostics business strategy. Execute Business Development opportunities following agreed business priorities. Track acquisition and licensing trends in the IVD market and offer valuable insights to the organization. Cultivate strong relationships with potential target and partner companies, leveraging the influence of our brand. Engage in negotiations for term sheets and contracts related to royalties, licenses, and partnerships. Evaluate patents, technologies, and new business opportunities to guide strategic decisions. Develop and negotiate licensing and partnership models for new technologies and assays. Participate in cross-divisional and divisional leadership meetings to facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making.Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred. Minimum of 4 years of experience in strategy, business development, or related positions within Diagnostics, Medical Devices, or Life Sciences. Demonstrated track record of formulating and executing successful M&A strategies that drive business expansion. Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the capacity to establish relationships and influence partners at all levels. Strategic thinker who can predict market trends and pinpoint growth prospects. Background in working within a cross-functional team setting and handling multiple projects concurrently.Why Join Us:
