Arbetsuppgifter Vi söker nu en Produktionsutvecklingsspecialist till vår kundi Ludvika. Dina ansvarsområden:
• Leda produktionsutvecklingsprojekt samt att hjälpa avdelningarna att optimera flöden, processer, rutiner, implementera förändringar och styrning.
• Du kommer att behandla såväl strategiska som operativa frågeställningar samt utbilda och coacha medarbetare och ledare i metoder och verktyg.
• Genomföra utredningar, kartläggningar och simuleringar t ex kapacitet, takt, balansering, förlustmätningar, flödesoptimering och layout samt föreslå tekniska och organisatoriska lösningar.
• Implementera förändringar i produktion tillsammans med övriga avdelningar så som t.ex. konstruktionsavdelningen.
• Bidra i det dagliga förbättringsarbetet. Kvalifikationer
• Du har en högskole- eller civilingenjörsutbildning.
• Du har teoretisk och praktisk erfarenhet med implementering av LEAN-principer.
• Det ärmeriterande med erfarenhet från produktionstekniskt arbete inom IS/IT med industriell tillämpning.
• Du behärskar svenska och engelska, i tal och skrift.
