The Role:

We seek a seasoned Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a deep understanding ofinternational trade, particularly in the Middle East and Asia, combined withsubstantial financial management expertise.

The ideal candidate will drive ourfinancial strategy, optimize our trading operations, and contribute to our overallbusiness growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial initiatives and develop strategies to boost financial health andexpand trade operations in the Middle East and Asia.
• Manage financial activities encompassing planning, risk management, recordkeeping,and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial outcomes related to profits, trends, and costs while ensuringcompliance with budgets.
• Provide strategic advice to enhance financial performance and new business
• Ensure robust internal controls are in place and comply with legal regulationsfor financial and tax reporting in multiple jurisdictions

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting, Finance, and Banking from the University of The Punjab, Lahore.
• Professional certifications in Supply Chain Management (CSCMP) and Quality Control (CQC).
• Over 12 years of experience in finance and international trade, with extensivemanagement exposure in the Middle East and Asia.
• Proficient in financial software such as Peachtree and Quick Books, along with MS Office.
• Expertise in handling LCs, SBLCs, and bank guarantees; proficient inmanaging international trade documentation

Travel Requirements:

The ideal candidate must be willing and able to travel regularly to Sweden forworkshops and meetings at our headquarters.

Additionally, the role requiresparticipating in delegations sent abroad to represent our company.

This aspect of thejob is crucial for maintaining effective communication and alignment with our coreteam and for fostering relationships with international partners.

Languages:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Urdu.
• Elementary proficiency in Arabic

Holder of a Dubai international driving license
