Vi söker en passionerad och strategisk Chief Sales Officer (CSO) som kommer att ta ledningen för våra globala försäljningsinsatser. Är du en relationsbyggare som med prestigelöshet och starkt driv får människor med dig?

Vi på AJ Produkter är proffs på att utforma arbetsmiljöer där människor mår bra. Med fokus på innovation, egendesignade produktserier och tre egna fabriker skapar vi smarta lösningar för arbetsplatsen i tiden. Och med verksamhet i 19 europeiska länder, ca 1000 anställda och en omsättning på drygt 3 mdkr, bidrar vi årligen till att förbättra arbetsmiljön på arbetsplatser Europa runt.Sortimentet består av möbler, inredningslösningar och utrustning för materialhantering. Totalt mer än produkter för kontor, skola, lager och industri– allt lättillgängligt via katalog, e-handel, kundanpassade projekt eller ett samtal till någon av våra säljare.

AJ Produkter söker Chief Sales Officer
Som Chief Sales Officer leder du organisationens försäljningsprocesser på global nivå. Syftet med rollen är att stötta och leda Country Managers samt att utveckla och genomföra en sammanhållen försäljningsstrategi och driva tillväxt över olika marknader och mot olika kundtyper.

Om tjänsten
Som CSO kommer du att standardisera och harmonisera försäljningspraxis och processer för att optimera effektiviteten, förbättra kundupplevelser och försäljningen globalt. Ditt team består av kompetenta, drivna och lojala kolleger som kan sina marknader. Din roll är att följa upp de lokala strategierna så att de går i linje med den övergripande.

I rollen ingår att sätta upp mål och följa upp KPI:er för landcheferna. Du ansvarar för att följa upp och analysera mätvärden för försäljningsresultat, inklusive intäkter, försäljningspipeline och konverteringsgrad. Vid behov vidtar du åtgärder för att optimera försäljningsprocesserna. Vi arbetar genom flera säljkanaler och dessa ska alltid optimeras för att säkerställa hög kundnöjdhet.

På AJ är vi alltid öppna för nya möjligheter. Genom att identifiera och utvärdera möjligheter på nya marknader säkerställer vi att vi tar rätt beslut när vi utökar organisationens globala närvaro. Rollen ingår i koncernledningen och du rapporterar direkt till CEO.

Om dig
Du leder genom att agera fint föredöme och möjliggörare, du teamar upp och visar vägen, samtidigt som du drar upp riktlinjer och planer för ett framgångsrikt säljarbete, där du säkerställer fortsatt tillväxt genom samtliga kanaler. I ditt arbete samarbetar du tvärfunktionellt i verksamheten för att anpassa försäljningsstrategier med övergripande affärsmål. Du drivs av att skapa lönsam tillväxt och affärer på våra befintliga marknader och du agerar i alla lägen professionellt och som en god representant och ambassadör för vår kultur och vårt varumärke. Du ansvarar för kundens röst in i organisationen.

Vi söker dig som är strukturerad, analytisk och som har en utmärkt affärsmässig förståelse. Att ha kunden i fokus och arbeta för att ständigt utveckla ditt ansvarsområde faller dig naturligt. Du känner igen dig i beskrivningen av att vara flexibel och öppensinnad och du har en positiv inställning.

Du har en mycket god förhandlingsvana och ett naturligt sätt att dela med dig av dina erfarenheter för att stärka andra. Vi kommer att lägga stor vikt vid personliga egenskaper, att du är självständig, har ett eget driv och vilja att utveckla är viktigt. Men, du är aldrig ensam, på AJ är vi prestigelösa, samarbetar och stöttar varandra.

Din bakgrund
Du har dokumenterat gedigen och senior erfarenhet som försäljningschef inom B2B på internationell nivå och med fördel från distanshandel.

Vidare tror vi rätt person för tjänsten har:

  • Relevant akademisk bakgrund, gärna Civilekonom alternativt Business Management
  • God erfarenhet från att leda seniora chefer
  • Svenska och engelska i tal och skrift, koncernspråket är engelska
  • Goda kunskaper inom Office paketet, CRM system och Power BI eller liknande analys system.
