We are now looking for a Financial controller to IMC Business Steering & Operations Finance Team in Älmhult.
We are looking for a financial controller who can translate business and action plans into budget request and forecast adaptations. You will lead the financial forecasting and monthly reporting processes in a structured way and actively contribute to the IMC budgeting process. As we are working project/assignment based you will lead the financials in a project operations dimension. You will work together with great colleagues in the finance team, with managers for the different IMC functions and with assignment leaders.
You will:
Lead the financial forecasting and monthly reporting processes, including responsibility for revenue and cost structures. Lead Project financial operation for the company, such as project -structure, -reporting, direct and indirect cost dimensions etc. Provide high-level financial analysis, scenarios and insights into the currents and forecast to support the business towards optimal performance Initiate and follow-up, challenge deviations and concerns on activities and ensure data quality in financial figures Contribute to continuous improvement of the reporting processes and ensure that tools and ways of working meet business needs Consolidate reports and create financial insightsQualification
IKEA knowledge and experience in the field of finance and/or navigation Solid knowledge of Financial Controlling and Reporting process and related tools Ability to work with various IT systems and digital tools, such as SAP-BPC, SAP-SAC, Power BI, Dynamics Ability to prioritize, communicate and provide clear directions Leadership experience - leading self and leading others Knowledge of Swedish accounting rules and regulations and financial follow up Knowledge of project- and process management relevant to drive effective financial planning or controlling and reporting You have a positive attitude, are solution-oriented and have a strong drive with a good ability to collaborate and enable co-creation. You enjoy working in a complex environment, with simplicity in focus. You lead with authenticity and make values-based decisions to contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality that embraces diversity.
