About the Unit

Yara is looking for a Maintenance manager for Köping site. The Köping Plant is a leading Technical Ammonium Nitrate (TAN) producer in Yara. With 2 nitric acid units and 2 TAN plants, our global capacity is 360 kt of TAN used in civil explosives and mining industries. We produce also more than 100 kt of products for water treatment, DeNOx and environmental applications. The Maintenance organization is managing all maintenance activities at Köping site as well as turnaround planning and projects. The site has about 120 employees and is certified according to ISO 45001, ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

Responsibilities
Lead and develop the Maintenance organization Lead, develop and implement strategic and operational maintenance Follow up of internal and external standards Deliver on business plans to meet set targets Initiate, prepare, implement and evaluate improvement projects

The Maintenance Manager reports to Plant Manager and is member of the Plant Management Team.

Profile
You have relevant background and preferably a MSc or BSc in Engineering or Chemistry You have strong leadership skills and experience from managing teams You are a strong communicator, in written as well as verbally, in both English and Swedish. Good analytical skills are an asset and you have a "hands-on" attitude.Contact details
