At Business Segment Pedestrian (BSP) we are looking for someone to drive our activities in these areas and take our customer management and the quote-to-order process to new heights. As the Commercial Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and rolling out our existing and future CRM and CX programs for enhancing the effectiveness of our sales force around the globe and driving customer satisfaction and loyalty. We're seeking a dynamic individual to spearhead our operational initiatives and elevate our customer management processes to new levels of excellence. The role will ideally be based in Landskrona, Sweden or may alternatively be in one of the major European sites of ASSA ABLOY in Europe. Travel requirements are estimated at 20-30% of work time.

What you would do as our Commercial Transformation Manager
As the Commercial Transformation Manager, you will have the responsibility of leading our sales- and customer journeys across different touchpoints. Your expertise and strategic mindset will shape our customer management activities, ensuring we stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape with state-of-the art CRM and CX programs. You will be at the forefront of leveraging the latest technologies, including GenAI, to deliver exceptional customer experiences. At the same time, you will optimize existing systems and processes in close collaboration with business-, product units and IT for creating Customer (Relationship) Management 2.0 at BSP. Your focus on project management, attention to detail, and drive towards impactful results will be instrumental in shaping and executing our strategies.

You would also

• Act as the global Commercial Transformation Manager with overall and segment-wide responsibility for our Customer Relationship Management Tool, including the product configurator ("iSAC"), and for our Customer Experience Management strategy at both strategic and operational levels.

• Enable Business Units to enhance customer relationships and improve core processes by leveraging insights on customer experience across different touchpoints.

• Develop comprehensive strategies for CRM and CX initiatives.

• Oversee CRM rollout and optimization efforts, enhance end-to-end customer experiences, and implement programs with Business Units to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty based on an in-depth understanding of customer journeys.

• Collaborate closely with different functional and regional stakeholders, including IT, and drive project management efforts to implement and optimize CRM and CX initiatives.

• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and drive impactful changes, leveraging your passion for systems and tools.

• Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards, manage operational details, deliver exceptional outcomes, and provide training, coaching, and support to key users and the sales population.

The skills and experience you need
We are looking for someone who:

• has a proven track record in change management, project management and stakeholder management

• has a proven 4+ years experience in a similar role within an international organization

• has great understanding of CRM and CX

• has strong analytical skills to interpret and make data-driven decisions

To thrive in this role, you bring a passion for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Customer Experience Management and a good understanding of sales processes and levers for driving sales effectiveness gained ideally in an operational function (Sales/Sales Admin or Marketing). We are seeking candidates with strong project management skills and a track record of delivering impactful results. Attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence are essential traits for this role. The ability to drive change and navigate complex corporate structures is also critical.Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential as you'll work closely with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally. The proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines without compromising quality is a key requirement.
