Commercial Transformation Manager

As we strive to enhance our customer management processes and quote-to-order system at BSP, we are seeking a dedicated individual to lead these initiatives as the Commercial Transformation Manager. In this role, you will drive our global CRM and CX programs, elevate our sales force's effectiveness, and enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you would do as our Commercial Transformation Manager
As the Commercial Transformation Manager, you will lead our sales and customer journeys across various touchpoints. Your strategic expertise will drive our customer management activities forward, keeping us ahead in the digital landscape through cutting-edge CRM and CX programs. By leveraging the latest technologies like GenAI, you will deliver exceptional customer experiences while optimizing existing systems in collaboration with business units and IT to revolutionize Customer Management 2.0 at BSP. Your focus on project management, detail orientation, and drive for impactful outcomes will be crucial in executing our strategies.

You would also:

- Act as the global Commercial Transformation Manager with responsibility for our Customer Relationship Management Tool and Customer Experience Management strategy on a segment-wide level.
- Enable Business Units to enhance customer relationships and streamline core processes by utilizing insights on customer experience.
- Develop comprehensive strategies for CRM and CX initiatives.
- Oversee CRM rollout and optimization, enhance end-to-end customer experiences, and drive satisfaction and loyalty initiatives based on customer journey insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders, including IT, for project execution and optimization of CRM and CX initiatives.
- Utilize data analytics to identify enhancement opportunities, implement impactful changes, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Provide training, coaching, and support to key users and the sales team to drive exceptional outcomes.

The essential skills and experience you need
We are looking for an individual who:

- Has a proven track record in change management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Possesses at least 4 years of experience in a similar role within a global organization.
- Demonstrates a deep understanding of CRM and CX.
- Exhibits strong analytical skills for data interpretation and decision-making.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong passion for CRM and CX, a solid grasp of sales processes, and the ability to drive sales effectiveness, ideally gained within Sales, Sales Administration, or Marketing. Strong project management capabilities, a history of delivering impactful results, keen attention to detail, and a commitment to operational excellence are vital for this position. The capacity to lead change and navigate complex corporate environments is also essential. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are key as you'll work closely with diverse teams to drive success.
