Global Product Owner – COF Global Sales, Siemens Financial Services

The Challenge

E-signature is a crucial part of the digital customer journey and a top priority for us. As the Global Product Owner, you will lead our digital signature journey towards a more customer-oriented and market-focused service. Working closely with all COF countries to identify functional gaps and market expectations for best-in-class digital offerings.

Responsibilities include:
  • Product ownership and coordination: Taking business responsibility for global products such as e-signing solutions and overseeing relevant IT services.
  • Strategy and prioritization: Ensuring strategic development and roll-out of services while managing respective change advisory boards.
  • Backlog: Defining, analyzing, and prioritizing business requirements.
  • Business Plan & Financials: Creating service-related business cases and managing budgets efficiently.
  • Harmonization: Evaluating global services balancing global harmonization and local market requirements.
  • Technology & Innovation: Staying updated with market trends for implementing new technologies effectively.
  • Embedding e-sign into existing sales applications to enhance customer experience and productivity.
  • Supporting application audits, revising SLAs, and defining effective IT service management.
  • Global gathering of business requirements and defining implementation plans.
  • Establishing transparent IT costs and monitoring performance effectively.
  • Project execution responsibility and ensuring global transparency and governance for digital sales projects and services.

This position can be based in Nordic countries, the UK, France, or Spain with expected travel.

Desired Profile

A key role within SFS requiring experience in Adobe Sign or similar e-signature solutions integrated into a digital sales environment. Stakeholder management skills, communication, and system architecture understanding are crucial. Excellent English proficiency with knowledge of other languages considered a plus.
