Join us as a Salesforce Administrator within the CRM Systems team at Epidemic Sound and play a vital role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Salesforce platform to support our business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and effective Salesforce system that meets the needs of our team and stakeholders.

What will your responsibilities include?

Customize and tailor Salesforce to align with our unique business requirements, incorporating Flows, automation rules, custom fields, and objects. Enhance our support processes to provide our team and stakeholders with the necessary tools and workflows. Maintain data quality and integrity within Salesforce by implementing data cleansing and de-duplication techniques. Develop and update documentation, training materials, and release notes to facilitate user training and communication. Keep abreast of Salesforce best practices, new features, and updates to maximize the platform's capabilities.

To excel in this role, we expect you to have:

Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform. Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) or an equivalent qualification. Proficiency in Salesforce setup and configuration, including user management, security, and data management. Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for efficiently resolving issues. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in creating training materials and conducting user training sessions.
