Om rollen

Carrier AB är alltid på jakt efter duktiga, serviceinriktade och lösningsorienterade servicetekniker. Carrier arbetar i hela Sverige. Vi söker helst tekniker med kvalifikationer och erfarenhet inom kyla, el/elektronik eller automation. Om du har annan relevant utbildning eller arbetslivserfarenhet inom dessa områden uppmuntrar vi dig ändå att söka. Beredskap och arbete på annan ort eller utomlands med övernattning kan förekomma.

Nyckelansvar för denna roll inkluderar

  • Utföra service och Underhåll på kundarbetsplats.
  • Förbereda och Inhandla material.
  • Självständigt kontakta kund och boka tid för service.
  • Dokumentera utförd åtgärd i SDF, maila rapport till kund.
  • Säkerställa aggregatförteckning överensstämmer SDF- Arbetsplats
  • Veckovis rapportera arbetade timmar
  • Analysera och utvärdera kundens behov för att hitta affärsmöjligheter
  • Sälja hela Carriers service produktprogram
  • Göra ekonomisk kalkyl och offerera av serviceavtal, modernisering och reparationer tillsammans med serviceledare
  • Ta fram och säkerställa korrekt underlag för fakturering
  • Daglig avrapportering till Serviceledare
  • Självständigt planera utlagda serviceorder
  • Aktivt ta del av Carrier utveckling av produkter och Inriktning
  • Aktivt medverka till att förbättra avdelningens processer och arbetssätt
  • Aktivt arbeta för en trivsam stämning inom avdelningen och företaget

För att bli framgångsrik i denna roll behöver du ha

  • Gymnasieutbildning inom Kylteknik, VVS, Miljöteknik eller liknande
  • Erfarenhet av el och styrarbete
  • Utmärkta kunskaper i svenska och goda egenskaper i engelska, i tal och skrift
