Vi söker en servicetekniker till vår kund i Stockholm.

Beskrivning:

Då arbetet innebär kontakt med såväl kunder som kollegor, ställer vi höga krav på din sociala och kommunikativa förmåga. För att lyckas i uppdraget tror vi att du är driven och har hög ansvarskänsla. Vi lägger stor vikt vid dina personliga egenskaper och din vilja att leverera bästa möjliga service till våra kunder samtidigt som du utvecklas inom ditt område.

Som servicetekniker har du förmågan att vara flexibel och ta dig an ditt arbete systematiskt och med noggrannhet. De löpande arbetsuppgifterna är att utföra problemsökning, reparationer samt underhåll av samtliga våra produkter vid servicecentret såväl som ute i fält.

Du planerar tillsammans med din teamleader dina arbeten likväl som du registrerar samt rapporterar utförda arbeten i vårt verkstadssystem (Uptool). Du hanterar i samråd med din teamleader andra administrative sysslor så som t ex. beställning av reservdelar samt förbrukningsmaterial.

Uppgifter:

Service av samtliga produkter inom kundens produktsortiment.

Utföra problemsökning, förebyggande underhåll samt reparation av våra produkter.

Utföra servicearbeten ute på fält såväl som vid vårt servicecenter.

Arbeta för att våra serviceledtider hålls inom fastställd målbild.

Förse kunder med servicesupport material.

Ge support och rådgivning om företagets produkter och tjänster.

Ansvara för att reparationer rapporteras i vårt verkstadssystem (Uptool).

Dagligen planera samt prioritera aktuella serviceärenden.

Tydligt kommunicera med våra kunder kring kommande ärenden samt följa upp utförda arbeten för att säkerställa en god service.

Koordinera servicearbeten internt samt med hjälp av externa verkstäder för att hela tiden hålla en hög produktivitetsnivå.

Vid behov vara behjälplig med att leverera produkter till våra kunder.

Vid behov ta emot kundorder för såväl maskiner, diamantverktyg, reservdelar etc.

Hjälpa kunder med vart de skall vända sig vid behov av reparation och service.

Kommunicera eventuella affärsmöjligheter till ansvarig säljare.

Fortlöpande kommunicera eventuella fel och brister med interna avdelningar för ständig förbättring av produktprogrammet.

Vara behjälplig så att arbetsstationer, servicefordon etc. är rätt utrustad samt innehåller de reservdelar, verktyg samt förbrukningsartiklar som krävs för att utföra arbetet.

Tillförsäkra att säkerhetsföreskrifter följs.

Required skills

Teknisk gymnasieutbildning eller likvärt.

Erfarenhet som Servicetekniker/mekaniker (Bensin, Hydraulik samt Eldrivna produkter) är meriterande.

God datorvana.

Behärskar svenska och engelska i både tal och skrift.

El-bakgrund är meriterande.

B-körkort Truck & traverskort
