Responsibilities/Tasks

  • Customer responsibility – main contact person for the customer and responsible for maintaining a good customer relationship
  • Initial contact with the customer for corrective service
  • Ensure correct information to the customer regarding pricing and lead time
  • If necessary, assess risks of projects/repairs before providing a quote
  • If necessary, create/compile contracts
  • Manage own customer projects following established process
  • Approval of purchase invoices
  • Prepare and ensure correct documentation for invoicing
  • Operational personnel management for service group with delegated work environment responsibility in accordance with EH&S
  • Conduct EH&S inspections of technicians and workshop to ensure a safe work environment
  • Set goals and develop the team and employees in accordance with the company's PC process
  • Plan Technicians and collaborate with Service Coordinator and Service Salesperson in planning and offering
  • Actively contribute to improving the department's processes and methods
  • Work actively to create a pleasant atmosphere within the department and the company
  • Annual reports to contract customers

Competence Requirements for the Role:

  • High school education in Refrigeration Technology, HVAC, Environmental Technology or similar. Leadership qualities
  • Refrigeration certificate class 1
  • Hot work, EHS
  • Any form of business education
  • Experience in automation and control an advantage
