Har du erfarenhet av personalansvar och samtidigt vill ha en bred roll inom finance? Vi söker nu efter en Business Unit Manager Finance till ett växande, dynamiskt och internationellt bolag där vi dagligen strävar efter att leverera högsta kvalité till våra internationella klienter.

I rollen kommer du arbeta både operativt inom redovisning och rapportering samtidigt som du förväntas stötta teamet i det dagliga arbetet. Du kommer arbeta och samarbeta nära ytterligare en Business Unit Manager på Finance såväl som två andra Business Unit Managers som leder den legala sidan av affärsområdet. Du rapporterar till Business Unit Director för Corporate and Legal Solutions.

Om rollen

I ditt team har du omkring tio redovisningsekonomer som rapporterar direkt till dig. Du förväntas stötta teamet i det dagliga arbetet samtidigt som du kommer ha den seniora rollen i ett antal klientuppdrag, vilket innefattar bland annat kvalitetssäkring och klientkontakt. Din klientportfölj är varierad och alla möjliga branscher och länder finns representerade. Utöver personalansvar och klientkontakt innefattar rollen även att tillsammans med övriga affärsområdesansvariga driva vår verksamhet framåt genom diverse interna strategiska initiativ och projekt.

Exempel på några av dina ansvarsområden:

Personal- och teamansvar vilket innebär stöttning, coachning och kvalitetssäkring i allt från redovisning till utvecklingsfrågor Proaktivt arbete i att förbättra och utveckla processer och kontrollmiljö samt att vara delaktig i projekt, både internt och mot klienter Redovisning, månads- och kvartalsrapportering, bokslut och årsredovisningar för klienters räkning, både i K2, K3, RFR2 och IFRS Stötta juristerna med ekonomisk analys och analys av associationsrättsliga frågeställningar Kvalitetssäkra och kontrollera finansiella rapporter från externa parter och klienter samt ansvara för att deadlines möts Löpande kontakt med revisorer, rådgivare och kollegor

Kvalifikationer och erfarenhet

Akademisk examen med företagsekonomisk inriktning, eller motsvarande Minst fem-tio års erfarenhet av redovisning, inklusive årsredovisning, gärna i en roll som konsult/mot klient. Erfarenhet av bolagsrättsliga frågeställningar är meriterande. Erfarenhet från roll med personalansvar Flytande i engelska och svenska, i både tal och skrift God systemvana och avancerad användare av Excel Erfarenhet av IFRS
