Job description

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with a high drive and passion to be our new Social Media & Influencer Manager. This role is ideal for someone passionate about influencer & social media marketing, brand storytelling, and community engagement. As the steward of our online presence, you will be instrumental in shaping our digital footprint, leveraging social media and influencer partnerships to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Influencer Management

  • Identify, engage, and build relationships with relevant influencers and content creators.
  • Negotiate and manage influencer contracts and campaigns.
  • Monitor influencer marketing performance and provide actionable insights.

Social Media Management

  • Supervise all social media channels, ensuring continuous engagement with followers.
  • Foster and nurture an active, engaged online community across social media platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback, comments, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Oversee content creation, day-to-day management, and scheduling of all posted content.
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
  • Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns.
  • Produce and manage our newsletters.

E-commerce

  • Manage our e-commerce website.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics to assess performance.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and influencer marketing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Liaise with our USA and ROW sales teams to create effective marketing strategies and activities to build brand awareness.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the social media, content creation and influencer marketing budget effectively.
  • Optimize spend based on campaign performance and ROI.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of documented experience in social media management and influencer marketing.
  • Proficiency in using social media analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and creative writing skills.
  • 100% fluency in English is a must.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to social media management and influencer marketing.

Location:

  • Sweden. We operate under a hybrid work model and the role can either be based at our office in Stockholm or at our office in Malmö. There is also the opportunity to work remotely within Sweden, depending on the qualification of the applicant.
