THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced media and communications professional with strong background in consumer-focused data-driven media strategies and activation to join our team in Stockholm. A unique opportunity where you have the freedom to shape the full Northern Europe (Nordics + Benelux) media strategy for a diverse portfolio of beauty brands.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set-up and own consumer centric strategic media plans for full Northern European region, covering all earned, shared and paid media channels. It is key that all plans are in line with global brand and media strategy and local business needs and opportunities, thinking across upper, mid and lower funnel audiences.
  • Drive and execute with your team activation plans for both product launch campaigns and general brand storytelling with the end goal to create consumer love brands and boost sales.
  • Lead and manage local external Media and PR agencies as well as 2 internal FTE

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ years of relevant experience working at leading brand/agency, preferably global.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or business.
  • Broad knowledge of and network in the Nordics (social) Media landscape (+ ideally Benelux)
  • Experience in beauty, fashion or lifestyle or at least highly involved in these areas
  • Experienced leader with excellent stakeholder management skills – You are an impactful storyteller with the ability to turn complex topics into seductive concepts and campaigns
  • Strategic thinker, able to balance long-term vision with short- and medium-term goals with a strong focus to action and output
  • A commitment to excellence and results with a pragmatic, positive and resilient attitude
  • Fluent in English, written and oral.
